Mandatory online filing of forms from 1st March

Mandatory online filing will commence from 1st March 2022 for 18 CRO forms as listed below.  The sections involved are Solvency (14 forms), Mortgages (2 forms) and Enforcement (2 forms).

E2: Notice of Appointment of Liquidator(s)

E2A: Notice of Resignation of Liquidator

E2B: Notice of Removal of a Liquidator

E2C: Notice of Appointment of Liquidator(s) following Removal of previous Liquidator

E4: Liquidator’s Statement of Proceedings and Position of Winding Up

CRO to introduce mandatory online filing for 18 forms from 1 March 2022

From Tuesday the 1st of March 2022 the forms listed below will become mandatory online filings only. Please read SI 676 for details of the complete provisions (S.I. No. 676/2021 - Companies Act 2014 (Section 897) Order 2021 (irishstatutebook.ie). All other filings which are not listed below continue to be submitted via post until the next phase of online forms are introduced.

Any forms, which are mandatory online filings, received on or after Tuesday 1st March 2022 will be returned for re-submission online. Please make yourself familiar with CORE to avoid unnecessary delays

Planned one hour downtime to Core and RBO from 5.30pm

Due to essential system maintenance, CRO online systems will be unavailable from 17:30 to 18:30, tomorrow evening Wednesday 19 January 2022.

Core Customer Portal and RBO portal will both be affected.

We would ask that you ensure to save all work that you are carrying out on the system before 17:30 tomorrow evening.
