Strike Off Notices
Strike off notices lists are published in Iris Oifigiúil, the official State gazette. A company which appears in one of these lists has one month, from the date of publication of the list, in which to file all outstanding annual returns, or it will be struck off the companies register.

You should note that the lists for publication are compiled one or two days prior to publication. It is, therefore, possible that a company which appears on the list has subsequently filed returns.
The lists published below are compiled after the publication of the official lists, and so may omit some companies in the official lists who have filed returns in the interim. Every effort is made to compile the lists below as soon as possible following the compilation of the official Iris Oifigiúil lists.
