H1 Restoration of a company to the register. This form can only be used to restore a company, within 12 months of the date of dissolution.

H1-OMC - Restoration of an Owners Management Company to the register. (If company was dissolved less than 12 months, form H1 can be filed instead).
Applicable only to an Owners Management Company. All other companies should complete a form H1. An Owners Management Company is defined in section 1 of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011. Form H1-OMC is not eligible for Fast Track Restoration.
