Ligeann saoráid nuachtlitir CRO do shíntiúsóirí nuashonraithe nuachta reatha a fháil ón oifig le r-phost. Seoltar na r-phoist seo i bhformáid téacs:

1. CRO E-Zine

Ríomhfheasachán is é seo a fhoilsítear uair sa mhí. Cuireann sé síntiúsóirí ar an eolas faoi na forbairtí reatha san Oifig agus fógraíonn síntiúsóirí faoi imeachtaí atá le teacht.

2. Teachtaireachtaí Eatramhacha

Déantar an tseirbhís nuachtlitreach r-phoist a roinnt ina dhá chuid (cé go mbaintear úsáid as liosta síntiúsóirí amháin). Faigheann gach síntiúsóir seachadadh CRO E-Zine uair sa mhí. Idir an dá linn is féidir nuashonraithe sa bhreis a sheoladh do shíntiúsóirí ón Oifig más gá (teachtaireachtaí práinneacha nó a bhaineann le spriocanna).

CRO SURVEY ON NEW COMPANIES BILL

The Companies Act 1963-2012 will shortly be replaced by a new Companies Act.

The legislation is currently passing through the Oireachtas. The Companies Registration Office is carrying out a survey to identify the best way of providing information to our stakeholders. The CRO would be grateful if you could take 10 minutes to complete this survey. Also, if you have any clients it would also be appreciated if you could pass the survey onto them.

It is expected that the new Companies Act will commence in early 2015.

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR PUBLIC COUNTER OPENING HOURS

  • Tuesday 24th December 2013 9.30am to 12 noon
  • Wednesday 25th December 2013 Closed
  • Thursday 26th December 2013 Closed
  • Friday 27th December 2013 9.30am to 1pm and 2.15pm to 4.30pm
  • Monday 30th December 2013 9.30am to 1pm and 2.15pm to 4.30pm
  • Tuesday 31st December 2013 9.30am to 1pm and 2.15pm to 4.30pm
  • Wednesday 1st January 2014 Closed
  • Thursday 2nd January 2014 Normal hours resume

The fast track restoration facility will be available as normal from 10.30am and 12 noon on the 27th, 30th and 31st December.

Because of the disruption caused to services over the holiday period, annual returns, where the deadline for filing falls between 24th December 2013 and 1st January 2014, will be treated as received on time if filed by close of business on Thursday 2nd January 2014.
