**** CRO Public Office Closure *****
The CRO is committed to the health and safety of customers and staff and following recent Government announcements regarding social and physical distancing, a decision was made to close the public office on the 13th March 2020 until further notice.
CRO remains open for business and customers who can do so should continue to file online via www.core.ie and post signature pages and other documentation to Compnaies Registration Office, Bloom House, Gloucester Place Lower, Dublin 1.
*** Update to filing of Annual Returns ****
The Registrar of Companies has decided that all annual returns due to be filed by any Company now and up to 30th June 2020 will be deemed to have been filed on time if all elements of the annual return are completed and filed by that date.
If you are due to complete your annual returnfiling at any time up to 30th June your annual return will be deemed to have been filed on time if you capture the B1 form, upload your financial statements, pay the fee and submit it online and then deliver the signature page as normal to the CRO by that date. You may also complete the filing as normal using Revenue Online Services (ROS) signatures instead of a signature page.

*** RFS Filing ***
The Registrar of Friendly Societies has decided that all annual returns due to be filed by Industrial and Provident Societies, Friendly Societies and Trade Unions between now and 30th June 2020 will be deemed to have been filed on time if all elements of the annual return are completed and filed by that date. Please note, certain documents including annual returns may also be filed online at:http://rfs.cro.ie/login
*** Supports for Business ***
The Department of Business Enterprise and Innovation has introduced a suite of measures to support enterprises impacted by COVID-19. Further information and a full list of supports can be found at https://dbei.gov.ie/en/What-We-Do/Supports-for-SMEs/COVID-19-supports/

*** Health Measures ***
In response to COVID-19, the Government has put public health measures in place to help slow the spread of the vius. The measures include social (physical distancing, self-separation, self-isolation, self-quarantine).
