Incidental Obligations

There are a number of obligations incidental to registering a company with the CRO and these pertain to the company's:

• Name and Disclosure Requirements
• Registered Office
• Activity in the State 
• Officers
• Beneficial Ownership register

Please note that the CRO cannot provide a company with a company seal. These can be purchased from a law/legal stationers.
