Mandatory online filing will commence from 1st March 2022 for 18 CRO forms as listed below. The sections involved are Solvency (14 forms), Mortgages (2 forms) and Enforcement (2 forms).

E7 - Final Wind-up Meeting - Members & Creditors
E8: Notice of Appointment of Receiver
E9: Receiver’s Abstract
E11: Notice of cessation by receiver
Form C6 - Declaration of satisfaction of a charge
Form C7 - Partial Satisfaction of a Charge/Judgement Mortgage

From Tuesday the 1st of March 2022 the forms listed below will become mandatory online filings only. Please read SI 676 for details of the complete provisions (S.I. No. 676/2021 - Companies Act 2014 (Section 897) Order 2021 (irishstatutebook.ie). All other filings which are not listed below continue to be submitted via post until the next phase of online forms are introduced.
Any forms, which are mandatory online filings, received on or after Tuesday 1st March 2022 will be returned for re-submission online. Please make yourself familiar with CORE to avoid unnecessary delays
